Custom colors are NON REFUNDABLE (and not able to cancel once they are in the process of being prepped and made) They are all custom made to order just for you and not restock-able. *If we missed a defect we will fix it at no charge.
*Lacing is SINGLE SIDED as it is genuine leather

 'Most colors' have a 1-5 business day processing time.
Glitters, Foil Flake, Rainbow and Ombre have a 3-7 day processing time. 
*Very large custom color and or beveled orders may take longer.
Rush service upgrade is available for orders under a strict time constraint but please inquire first if the order is large, as it still takes time to make.

We try to upload photos that best represent the color of each product. Monitors and computer settings may vary on your end as to what is displayed. Samples are available for most options to double check. There are no refunds if the color does not match your project. 
We use Packer Kangaroo Lacing for most of our custom colors. If the color lacing I need is out of stock or discontinued/not available any longer with Packer, I will use Birdsall. Packer discontinued many of their colors, so some custom colors will be switching over to Birdsall lacing as those run out.
We use professional equipment and non-toxic high quality materials for top notch quality and durability that you cannot get from at home consumer grade craft products. Laces are still soft, supple and a pleasure to work with. 
We work very hard to bring you lots of innovative and fun options for all your leather working projects. Our custom colors are trusted and used by top leather crafters for over 5 years now. If used in a heavy use product with lots of wear and tear or cleaned with harsh cleaning products they may wear off over time and there are no guarantees on them lasting forever. They are a painted finish with a durable top coat. We try our best to make our products last and as durable as possible but there are limitations with any painted on, foil or metallic leather product. If your project will be under heavy wear we suggest traditional leather lacing. (Do not work these while they are wet with any product you use to braid etc and wait until they dry)
