Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order out very promptly. However, once it leaves our hands it is out of our control, especially if additional insurance is not purchased. Danecraft Leather Shop is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packages and please understand these matters are completely out of our control.  Please purchase Navidium insurance at checkout if you would like your package insured. When this option is added we purchase shipping insurance for your package. If no insurance is purchased and your package is lost or damaged, there are no refunds as this matter is now completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for damage that occurs to your items from opening with a sharp object. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by you at checkout. We are not responsible for meeting any estimated delivery dates or any delays on the carriers behalf regardless of shipping speed purchased. If your shipping qualifies for a USPS express guaranteed delivery dates we will gladly apply for a postage refund on your behalf. 

International customers are responsible for the duties, taxes, and fees for their respective countries. We are not responsible for any Customs delays, regulations, Import issues, Duties, import fees, VAT with international shipments. Please expect longer transit time. Packages often take several weeks or longer to arrive and is completely out of our control. We are not responsible for meeting any estimated delivery dates or any delays on the carriers behalf regardless of shipping speed purchased. The customs clearance process is 'outside' of expected transit time and we have no control over how long that may take. Estimated delivery date or postal transit time does not include when your parcel is in customs waiting for clearance. There will be no refunds given until 90 days has lapsed without tracking movement.
