Refund policy

Since we sell the most kangaroo lacing options and custom altering worldwide, almost all of our items are custom cut, re-spooled, altered, repackaged and made to order JUST for you. Some items cannot be restocked once tailored to your specifications. Double check your widths and orders please. 


RETURNABLE ITEMS-Leather Offcuts, Tails, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 meter lengths of unaltered unused tannery lacing, core, beads, tools and hardware. Items must be in our original company product packaging/have our company label or stamp as proof of purchase and not be unspooled or partially used. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Reference order number on return request. RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN FULL STORE CREDIT OR CHARGED A 3-15% RESTOCKING FEE DUE TO PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES THAT WE ARE NOT REFUNDED (fee depends on payment source used for your transaction, most fees are 3% unless its purchased with financing options). You may choose either option of full store credit or less the restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

EXCHANGE ONLY FOR IDENTICAL ITEMS-Custom cut widths, Custom lacing colors, by the meter products, beveled or split lacing. EXCHANGE FOR IDENTICAL PRODUCT ONLY in the case of a missed defect.

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING OVERAGES AND COMBINED SHIPPING-Will be issued as 'STORE CREDIT' as we are not reimbursed payment processing fees. You can find store credit under payment options upon checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING POLICY-Orders (for returnable items) that have been packed and prepared for shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled. Orders cancelled prior to being packed and prepared for shipment are subject to a 3-15% cancellation fee depending on payment method due to payment processing fees we are charged and not refunded. 

*Notify us of any returns within 7 days after delivery and the full unused product must be received back within 10 of notification. We do not provide refunds, adjustments or exchanges for partially used products or products without or company packaging or label/stamp. Product must be in full original length & condition in order to restock them. Inspect your material carefully before using. We unfortunately had to institute this after repeatedly receiving returned leftover scrap material from customers projects wanting credit back, a practice we can no longer sustain as a small business. 

International Orders-Please expect longer transit time. Packages often take several weeks or longer to arrive and is completely out of our control. There will be no refunds given until 90 days has lapsed without tracking movement. 

If you are unsure if our products are a good fit for your project, please purchase samples first. They are available on every leather listing.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless there was a mistake or defect on our behalf.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our possession nor incorrect shipping addresses provided by you at checkout. We are not responsible for damage you may do when opening your package. We highly suggest shipping insurance upon checkout.
