We have the right to cancel any order anytime, especially in the case if a item description, title or price had a error.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or delayed packages, as well as damage from opening your package with a sharp object or incorrect shipping address provided by you at checkout. Please purchase insurance at checkout. High value orders will have signature required for delivery.

Model tack customers and those requesting multiple meters of very thin split lacing-Your lace may be in more than 1 continuous section if it snaps when splitting. When split that thin its likely to occur. 

International customers are responsible for for the duties, taxes, and fees for their respective countries. Please expect longer transit time. International packages often take several weeks or longer to arrive and is completely out of our control. There will be no refunds given until 90 days has lapsed without tracking movement. Shipping insurance is highly suggested. 

Our photos may be used for non commercial purposes by our customers as long as any copyright/watermark is not altered or cropped out.
