If there is a defect we missed, exchanges are available for the exact same item only. 'Most' have a 1-3 business day processing time (Rainbow and Ombre's are made once a week, sometimes we have 3mm in stock that ships quicker)

We try to upload photos that best represent the color of each product. Monitors and computer settings may vary on your end as to what is displayed. Often times they look way better in person than in photos can capture. Iridescence and sparkle is particularly hard to photograph.

We use professional equipment and non-toxic high quality materials for top notch quality and durability that you cannot get from at home consumer grade craft products. Does not peel, rub or flake off and is completely odorless. Our custom colors do not add bulk or thickness to the lace, laces are still soft, supple and a pleasure to work with.
